Free shipping for orders > €75 in the Benelux and free shipping outside the Benelux for orders > € 150, outside the EU freeshipping > € 250

What are the shipping costs within the Benelux?

The shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands < € 25 are €4,95 and for orders < € 75 the shipping costs are €3,95
The shipping costs for orders to Belgium < €25 are € 7,50 and for orders < €75 the shipping costs are €5,15

What is my delivery time for orders in the Benelux?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 workingdays. You will receive and email with a track & trace.

What are the shipping costs to Europe and International?

During checkout the shipping costs are automatically calculated for Europe and International.

What is the delivery time for my order for Europe and International?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 working days, the estimated delivery time is stated during checkout. There is also an option fo DHL Express delivery.

I have not received a track & trace for my order?

If you have not received a track & trace, it may have ended up in your spam box. If this is not the case, you can send an email to shop@robsport.nl for a status update.

Which courier will be used for my shipment?

In the Benelux your orders are usualy shipped with post.nl or DHL. For shipments to Europe and International we use Global Mail and DHL Express.
