I purchased my article in one of the robsport stores

Your article can be returned to one of our stores within 8 days after purchase in the original packaging and with the original receipt. Unfortunately, we can't accept swim caps, earplugs and nose clips due to hygienic reasons. Additionally, tech suits that are tried on cannot be accepted due to damage to the fabric. You will receive either a replacement article or a voucher for the purchase amount.

My article was purchased online with guest checkout

It can always occur that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Please report your return by sending an email to shop@robsport.nl. We will send you a confirmation with the return number. You can return the item in its original packaging and unused within 30 days to one of our stores or send it to Robsport.nl Raar 8 6231 RR Meerssen. Returning the product is at your own expense, if you want to exchange it for another product, we will send it free of charge.

My article was purchased online and I have an account

It can always occur that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Please log into your account and register for a return via the return option. You will receive a confirmation and instructions, if you want to exchange it for another product, we will send it free of charge.

My article is printed/customized, can I still exchange it?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange printed clothing / team clothing or custimized clothing.

How do I get my purchase amount back?

After receiving your return, the purchase amout will be refunded withthin 14 days. You can see the status of your return via My Account. 

My article is defective, what should I do?

It is very unfortunate that you are not satisfied with your purchased product, report your complaint by e-mail to shop@robsport.nl, possibly with a foto and reason for your complaint. We will handle your complaint with care and do our best to find a suitable solution for you.
