I purchased my article in one of the robsport stores

Your article can be returned to one of our stores within 8 days after purchase in the original packaging and with the original receipt. Unfortunately we can't accecpt swimcaps, earplugs and noseclips due to hygienic reasons. You will receive either a replacement article or a voucher of the purchase amount.

My article was purchased online

If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, report your return by sending an email to shop@robsport.nl. You can then return the article in its original packaging and unused within 30 days to Robsport.nl Raar 8 6231 RR Meerssen. Returning the product is at your own expense, if you want to exchange for another product, we will send it free of charge

My article is printed/customized, can I still exchange it?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange printed clothing / team clothing or custimized clothing.

How do I get my purchase amount back?

After receiving your return, the purchase amout will be refunded withthin 14 days. You can see the status of your return via My Account. 

My article is defective, what should I do?

It is very unfortunate that you are not satisfied with your purchased product, report your complaint by e-mail to shop@robsport.nl, possibly with a foto and reason for your complaint. We will handle your complaint with care and do our best to find a suitable solution for you. You can see the status of your return via My Account.
